Iwaver Shop offers standard air mail-Air parcel by
Hong Kong Post.
For larger or urgent orders, customers are welcome to choose EMS Express for
faster delivery of products for a nominal upgrade fee to cover cost. All
your item will mail with tracking number.
we ship worldwide at no additional charge. Iwaver Shop will ship to APO address or PO box as well.

4 to 12 business days to Shop.
6 to 12 business days to Canada/Australia.
6 to 15 business days to Major European countries.
7 to 15 business days to S. America/Non major European countries.

The return policy of iwaver Shop
Iwaver from Iwaver
Shop, is produced by various professional iwaver manufacturers all over
the place. All iwavers are in high professional function. While we strive to
provide you with quality iwaver, a product might not perform as expected
in rare case. You can ask for a replacement for defective iwaver.
Defective iwaver are exchanged within 30 days of shipment. Contact us at iwavershop@gmail.com
and upload a picture or video file clearly showing the defect of the iwaver
and we will give you a response within 24 hours (Monday to Saturdays excluding
public holidays).
We recommend customers to keep the original packaging of the order until the
items are found to be in good condition. Our customer care staffs may request
that you send a picture of the original packaging to research on and help you
resolve any iwaver or order related questions.
After 30 days from delivery the return shipping costs (both ways) will be the
sole responsibility of the customer. We will still exchange your defective iwaver
for a brand new one where possible.
